No. Design is part of the installation process at Tynic. When you work with us on a landscape installation, we handle the planning and plant selection as part of putting your project together, not as a separate billable step.

That’s something we help you figure out. We select plants based on your soil, sun exposure, climate, and the specific conditions on your property. We’ll walk you through the options and explain why certain plants make sense for your space.

Both. Some projects start fresh, and some build on existing plantings and features. We’ll assess what’s worth keeping and what isn’t, and design around your property as it actually is.

We handle projects of a range of sizes, from a single planting bed to a full property renovation. We’ll let you know during the consultation if a project is outside what we typically take on.

Spring and fall are generally the strongest planting seasons in New England, but a lot depends on what you’re installing. We’ll advise on timing during your consultation and help schedule your project accordingly.
